Traffic delays as city centre traffic lights stuck on red
Traffic lights on Richmond Place in Brighton by St Peter's Church were stuck on red this afternoon, causing delays for motorists.
Brighton and Hove City Council sent engineers out to fix the problem and the lights were up and running again by 3.55pm.
But the disruption has left some bus services running late.
Brighton and Hove services BH25, BH28, BH29 and BH24 are currently terminating and starting at the Old Steine.
