MICHAEL Jones & Company, based in Worthing, has made internal promotions to round off a record year.
Max Harbron, who leads the new homes teams, has been promoted to an Associate Director, and Head of Land and Commercial,.

Jon Justice also joined the company ten years ago as a negotiator.

Jon will continue to work closely with his clients in commercial transactions, while focussing on land and development.
He will provide advice and guidance to landowners and purchasers.
