Nuffield is named best private hospital group

The award celebrates high-quality care and continuous improvement as well as innovation and excellence in going above and beyond.

With a network of 31 hospitals across the UK, Nuffield Health has concentrated on enhancing patient satisfaction and quality care across the organisation.

To date, 94 per cent of Nuffield Health hospitals have received a rating of good or outstanding by the Care Quality Commission.

One of the hospitals to achieve this acknowledgement was Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital who achieved a good rating from the regulators.

Roger Skipp, hospital director at Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital, said: “Providing excellent customer service is our top priority.

“Making sure our patients are happy with the service and care we provide is so important, which is why receiving customer feedback is something we really appreciate and thrive from.”
