THREE popular dance stars have announced a headline tour together.

Strictly Come Dancing favourites Aljaž Škorjanec, Giovanni Pernice and Gorka Marquez, will all appear on the same show.

The Here Come the Boys tour will visit Brighton for two nights at the Theatre Royal on July 25 and 26.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, January 18.

As a trio, Aljaž, Giovanni and Gorka say they want to show the world why they are the “rock stars” of dance.

Aljaž joined the Strictly cast in 2013 and won the competition on his debut with model Abbey Clancy.

He also finished as runner-up in 2017 with Gemma Atkinson, who is now engaged to Gorka.

Speaking about the tour Aljaz said: “Having worked on Strictly Come Dancing with Gorka and Giovanni for the past four years, I know we are going to deliver a truly incredible show for audiences all over the UK.

“And while we might all be the best of friends, the show’s competitive element means that there will be no love lost when we battle it out on the dancefloor to win the audience vote.

“Serious bragging rights are at stake.”

Gorka is the newest member of the Strictly team taking part in this tour, having joined the cast back in 2016.

Along with Aljaž, Gorka also made the 2017 Strictly Come Dancing final but missed out on the crown to Joe McFadden and Katya Jones.

However, the series worked out for him as that is where he met now fiancee Gemma Atkinson.

Gorka, who is known to many as “Gorka the Corka”, said: “To be touring with Aljaž and Giovanni who are not only two fantastic dancers but two of my best mates, is the icing on the cake.

“Gareth Walker and our fellow Strictly pro dancer Janette Manrara are both amazing choreographers.

“So we know they’ll be pushing us hard to bring out the very best from myself and the boys.”

Giovanni Pernice rounds off this trio of dancers.

He has been a mainstay on Strictly for four years and has made the final on three occasions, although he has not yet had the pleasure of lifting the glitterball trophy.

Giovanni is also the current Guinness World Record holder for jive kicks and flicks, performing 55 in 30 seconds in a challenge held on Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two, which was officially supervised by Guinness World Records.

Giovanni said: “I am so excited to be starring in Here Come The Boys with Aljaž and Gorka, two of the world’s greatest dancers.

“It really is a dream team scenario for all of us.

“I also know Aljaž and Gorka will really want to beat me, as they both secretly know I’m the best dancer. I can’t wait to be crowned champion every single night.”

Tickets for the tour go on sale at 10am on Friday.
