A FOOTBALL fan who was banned from attending matches has been fined for not handing over his passport.
Luke Johnson was required to hand in his passport to police in October but failed to do so.
The 23-year-old, of Morecambe Road in Brighton, was given a banning order in Barnsley in 2017.
He admitted the breach of the banning order at Brighton Magistrates' Court last week.
Magistrates fined him £150 and ordered him to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 for court costs.
