TWO teenagers and an elderly couple crashed their cars into each other last night.
The accident happened at about 9.50pm in Goring Road, Worthing.
An 18-year-old boy was taken to hospital with possible ankle injuries.
His 17-year-old female passenger was reported to have no injuries, but the Vauxhall Corsa they were in was seriously damaged.
A 70-year-old man was driving a Vauxhall Zafira at the time which was also badly damaged.
Neither the driver or his 75-year-old female passenger were reported to have suffered any injuries.
A police spokesman said: “We were called to an incident last night at 9.50pm in Goring Road, Worthing.
“It was a road accident between a Vauxhall Corsa and a Vauxhall Zafira.
“Those involved were an 18-year-old boy and his 17-year-old female passenger and a 70-year-old man and his 75-year-old female passenger.
“They were all from Worthing.
“Slight injuries were reported.
“The young man went to Worthing Hospital to check a possible ankle injury.
“The vehicles were badly damaged but luckily no one was seriously hurt.”
