A knifepoint robbery at Scott's Newsagents in Victoria Drive, Eastbourne
POLICE were called to a newsagents after reports of an armed robbery.
The incident happened at about 2.20pm in Victoria Drive, Eastbourne.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: "We received a report of a knifepoint robbery at Scott's Newsagents.
"Enquiries are still ongoing."
Police attended the scene and cordoned off the area around the shop with tape.
