Mark Steel

The Caroline of Brunswick, Brighton, Saturday, February 16 and Sunday, February 17

Heavyweight political comedian Mark Steel brings a pair of intimate shows to Brighton.

Having been touring since the 1980s, Mark has cemented himself as a legend of British comedy.

With fantastic, news-based satire and an ability to think on his feet, it’s no surprise that he has developed a large and devoted fanbase.

Also a regular columnist for The Independent, you can be assured that from Mark you will get a thought provoking show.

Henning Wehn

Brighton Dome, Brighton, Sunday, February 17

Henning Wehn, the self-appointed “German comedy ambassador in London” has become a fast rising star on the British comedy scene.

With a number of stand-up tours and television appearances, Henning has endeared himself to audiences across the country with his explanation of jokes and puns in great depth.

He also enjoys playing on post-war German stereotypes which seem to go down a treat.

If you fancy a night of brilliant comedy with an international flavour then get a last-minute ticket.

Anton and Erin

Brighton Dome, Brighton, Tuesday, February 19

Back again with their Dance Those Magical Musicals show, Strictly Come Dancing stars Anton Du Beke and Erin Boag return to Brighton with their latest show.

They will be dancing to the music from some of the world’s best known and most loved musicals.

From Chicago to Wicked and everything in between these legendary songs will be paired with some incredible choreography to make for a brilliant show.

If you’re a Strictly fan this is a must see.

Joan Collins

Assembly Hall, Worthing, Wednesday, February 20

A Hollywood star of the stage and screen, Joan Collins has become a name known globally.

In her new “Unscripted” show, she will be talking through the highs and lows of her fascinating career.

From her debut in Ibsen’s A Dolls House to her Eighties career as an author, and even her 1997 OBE, not to mention much more besides, Joan’s is a story well worth hearing.

The night will include a question and answer segment where fans can ask the burning questions they have been dying to ask Joan about her career.

Brian Fallon

St George’s Church, Brighton, Saturday, February 23

Best known as the lead vocalist in American rockers The Gaslight Anthem, Brian Fallon has had quite the impressive solo career.

The songwriter, armed usually with an acoustic guitar, has a brilliant voice that echoes across any venue.

A show in St George’s Church is about as intimate as it gets and will make for the ideal surroundings to see some brilliant acoustic bluesy rock in a great music venue.

I would highly recommend getting a last-minute ticket.
