A SPOOKY walk around is hoping to raise money to save a historic landmark.

The Ghost Walk Of The Lanes will run a special haunted tour in Brighton on Monday.

All proceeds from the tour will go towards the Save Madeira Terrace campaign.

Rob Marks has been running Ghost Walks Of The Lanes for 11 years.

They are extremely popular.

The walk takes visitors on a tour of eight of the city’s most haunted landmarks including Meeting House Lane and Brighton Town Hall.

Rob portrays himself as Silas for the walk, dressed in traditional Victorian attire.

He chose to donate money from Monday’s tour to the Save Madeira Terrace campaign.

Rob said: “It’s something that I feel strongly about. If the terraces go it won’t take long for things to fall into ruin.

“We don’t want the terraces to go the same way as the old West Pier.

Monday’s Ghost Walk Of The Lanes tour starts at 7.30pm and will last no more than 90 minutes.

Tickets cost £8 for adults, £5 concessions, and there is a family ticket where one child goes free.
