Conversations with Nick Cave
Brighton Dome, Brighton, Friday, June 28
MOST famous for his career as the frontman of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Nick Cave has had quite the career.
You would assume that he has many incredible stories to tell - and if you want to hear them now is your chance.
Cave, who lives in Brighton, has announced a run of UK tour dates in which he will not be performing musically, but instead having an in-depth conversation about his near 50 year career.
Nick will take questions from the audience and talk about his music, but there will also be a performance element as he plays some of his favourite songs on piano.
Speaking of the tour, which celebrated a sold out run in his native Australia, as well as neighbouring New Zealand, Nick said: “I thought that a direct conversation with the audience might be valuable - in recent live shows we have all shown a kind of willingness to open up.”
Nick Cave rose to fame in 1984 with his band’s debut, From Her to Eternity.
Nick Cave will appear at Brighton Dome on Friday, June 28.
Tickets go on sale on Thursday, February 21 at 10am.
