Singer-songwriter Jimmy Balito is through to the knockout rounds after being saved by Olly Murs.

Jimmy, from Pulborough, lost to powerful singer Roger Samuels in the sing-off.

Although he delivered a stunning performance of Let It Be, by Labrinth, Sir Tom Jones chose Roger to stay with his team.

However, it was not over for the 23-year-old when Olly and Will.I.Am both fought hard for the up-and-coming singer to join their side.

Will.I.Am said: "You are a powerful singer. You have great tenacity."

Olly said: "Last season I didn't turn for you and this time, during the auditions I didn't turn for you. Don't let me make a third mustake."

Jimmy, faced with a tough decision, ultimately picked Olly as his new coach.

In 2018, the singer-songwriter did not make it through the auditions. He sang Concrete by Tom Odell.

However, Jimmy did not give up and he returned this year initially singing Higher Love by Steve Winwood and he joined Sir Tom's team.
