The Shoreham air crash pilot said "sorry" to the families of those killed and injured outside of court.
Andrew Hill had been accused of gross negligence manslaughter over the crash in August 2015.
He was found not guilty by the jury at The Old Bailey in London today.
Outside court he made a brief statement, listing the names of the 11 people who were killed, and the others who were injured.
He said: "I am truly sorry for the part I have played in their deaths. I will remember them for the rest of my life."
