A PUB has been given an exciting new look.
The Font pub, located on Union Street, Brighton reopened on March 1 following an extensive two-week refurbishment, giving The Lanes bar a super new look.
Renowned as a hub for live music and sports, the new look Font offers an entire new food menu for visitors to enjoy in the easy-going pub.
Joining the new food menu, guests will also be greeted with an extensive drinks menu, boasting a wide selection of craft beers, ales and ciders.
General manager at the Font, Mark Harmsworth, said; “It’s been fantastic seeing the pub come together over the last couple of weeks. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back and see our guests’ reactions over the coming days.
“The Font’s history dates back to 1683 when it was built as a chapel, and the refurbishment has given the pub a modern refresh whilst retaining its much-loved traditional charm.
“There have been some big changes and we’re confident they’ll go down well the people of Brighton.
“Being ideally located, right in the heart of Brighton, our pub is the perfect spot to get together with friends, family or colleagues to relax and unwind over good food amongst a warm and welcoming atmosphere”.
Ten new jobs have been created.
