OLIVER Bonas is moving into Brighton’s North Street this spring as part of Redevco’s redeveloped Hanningtons Estate.
The retailer has signed a 10 year lease on a 3,295 sq ft store across ground floor and basement.
Oliver Tress, Founder and MD of Oliver Bonas, said: “We are so excited to relocate to a larger space in the Hanningtons development.
“Our team of designers have created a unique and inviting store in the heart of Brighton’s Lanes and we can’t wait to open our doors.”
Andrew Foulds, Portfolio Director at Redevco, said: “Our vision for the North Street element of Hanningtons Estate was to extend the premium retail offer already found in East Street and we are delighted to welcome Oliver Bonas into the fold.
This Estate is a carefully curated mix of the very best high street and independent brands.
“We can’t wait to see the stores open in just a few months.”
