Aged 37, of Bexhill Road, Brighton, admitted stealing a drill set worth £200 from B&Q in Lewes Road, Brighton, in March and admitted breaching suspended sentences for stealing a charity box from a pub and stealing an iPad from Bua Thai restaurant. Jailed for 20 weeks and to pay £115 victim surcharge.

Aged 43, of no fixed address, admitted stealing alcohol worth £220 from the Thomas Kemp pub in Brighton in February, and admitted breaching supervision requirement upon release from prison. Jailed for six weeks and to pay £115 victim surcharge.

Aged 36, of no fixed address, admitted stealing goods worth £100 from Aldi in London Road, Brighton, one charge of assault, one charge of assaulting a police officer, one charge of failing to surrender to custody and breaching a suspended prison sentence for assault by beating. Jailed for 18 weeks with a victim surcharge of £115 and £85 court costs.
AMY KEHOE
Aged 29, of Turkey Road, Sidley, Bexhill, admitted stealing Courvoisier brandy worth £52 from Tesco in Hastings, in October, and Jack Daniel’s from Asda worth £30 in December. Given an 18-month conditional discharge, £20 victim surcharge, £120 costs.

Aged 27, of no fixed address, found guilty of assaulting a woman at Brunswick Place, Hove, and committing a further offence while on a suspended sentence for criminal damage, assault, and breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order.
Jailed for 11 months. Put under restraining order not to contact the woman. £115 victim surcharge, £50 costs.
ANNA COWDRY
Aged 33, of Crescent Road, Brighton, admitted failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of committing a road traffic offence in Shoreham in June. Fined £120 with £30 surcharge and £120 costs. Six points added to her licence.
DENNIS JACKSON
Aged 52, of Reynolds Road, Eastbourne, admitted breaching a restraining order by attending an address, while drunk. Ordered to complete treatment for alcohol dependency and 50 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order to continue plus £115 surcharge.

Aged 22, of Wick Farm Road, Littlehampton. Admitted assaulting a woman in Bognor and criminal damage to a door. Fined £50 for failing to show up to court. Given 12-week suspended prison sentence with 30 days of rehabilitation. Restraining order not to contact the victim. £115 surcharge and £85 court costs.
JACK HIBBERT
Aged 22, of Wick Farm Road, Wick, admitted possessing an offensive weapon in public, a metal pole, and using threatening behaviour to a woman and a man in Littlehampton. Given 16-week suspended prison sentence. Put under a restraining order not to contact the woman or her family. To complete one day at the Thinking Skills Programme and 20 days of rehabilitation. To pay £115 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
PAUL HAVERSON
Aged 55, of Monterey Gardens, Bognor, admitted driving in a Jaguar at a speed in excess of 30mph in Bognor in May. Fined £40 and to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 court costs. Three points added to his licence.
