THE Argus best gym of the year award in 2019 has been announced and the much-coveted award goes to Fitnesshub.

Located in Circus Parade, Brighton, Fitness Hub was our runner-up last year, just missing out on the top spot.

However, after expanding last year, customers voted it the best in Sussex, leading to plenty of celebration.

Owners Adam Radford and Alex Burgess have both been personal training for more than ten years now and have operated Fitnesshub for three-and-a-half years.

The ambitious duo have designed the gym to try and provide the best service for their clients and its popularity underlines the fact that they have clearly got things right.

They now host more than 1,000 personal training sessions each month and membership is growing all the time.

Maximum

Not only do Adam and Alex focus on the general public but also their ten personal trainers, as each of their venues aims to provide the best training facility for personal trainers to get maximum results out of themselves and the those they’re training.

Open Monday to Friday every week, the basic gym plan costs £25 a month to receive off-peak gym access.

A platinum personal training membership will set you back £270 a month which allows access to 15 classes a week with personal training as well as full gym access to make sure clients stay in peak shape.

Although expanding is a plan for the future, Adam and Alex don’t want to lose their identity as an independent gym.

They believe what they have built works and gets the best results for both the trainers and clients.

Personal trainer for Fitnesshub, Scott Monk, has been at Fitness Hub for five years and said: “This place is great because it acts as a community for other personal trainers in the area”.

Fitness hub member Martin Richardson was full of praise for the gym. He said: “Fitnesshub is unlike any other gym, I came here because the boys spend time and engage with you at every workout”.
