TWO teenagers have been arrested after a bike was stolen from a rack in the city centre.
Thieves broke through a bike lock and stole a bike at a rack in New Road, Brighton, at about 2.30am on Friday.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of theft of a pedal cycle and another boy aged 17 was arrested on suspicion of going equipped for theft. They have been released under investigation until 12 June.
Police have since found the grey and white Carrera mountain bike and are trying to return it to its owner. They are asking anyone who knows who the owner is to contact police.
