A ROAD has been closed after a pedestrian was hit by a car .
Police are currently attending the scene in Mill Lane, Portslade.
The road is closed both ways between Foredown Road and Burlington Gardens.
It is also affecting the number 6 Brighton and Hove bus service.
Police are advising travellers to take an alternative route.
