A MOTORCYCLIST has died after a "serious" crash with two cars on the A27.
The crash happened at Wilmington at 6.36pm yesterday.
The 63-year-old motorcyclist from Eastbourne was travelling towards Lewes when the crash took place.
A black Vauxhall Astra and a white Nissan Primestar were also involved.
Sussex Police attended the scene.
A spokesman said: "Sadly, he died at the scene.
"His next-of-kin have been advised, but he has not yet been formally identified.
"A 31-year-old man from Hounslow, who was driving the Astra, and the 37-year-old male driver of the Nissan, from Pevensey, were both uninjured."

The road was closed until shortly after 1am for as the vehicles were recovered and police investigated the scene.
Sussex Police are now appealing for witnesses to the crash.
They are urged to email collision.appeal@sussex.pnn.police.uk or call 101 quoting Operation Greencourt.
