A NEW plant-based beach bar cafe opens on the seafront today.
And it will be serving vegan Mr Whippy ice creams.
Jennifer Kafetz, from Hove, owns family-run Ice Cafe in King’s Road, Brighton.
Now she has opened a new vegan stall next door called V360.
She said: “I thought it was about time there was a plant-based cafe on the seafront.
“It’s not necessarily just set up for vegans, it’s just for anyone and everyone who wants a dairy or meat free option.
“It means people with different needs don’t have to go too far when enjoying the sun and the beach.”
The cafe will serve other plant-based grab-and-go food including houmous chips and dairy free ice creams.
