Aged 39, of Newland Road, Worthing, admitted drink driving in Crawley. Tested positive for 47 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg. Fined £233, surcharge £30, and costs £85. Banned from driving for 14 months.

Aged 33, of Anson Road, Worthing, admitted breaching a curfew issued by Worthing Magistrates’ Court on three occasions, for a total of 18 hours and six minutes. Fined £50.
ROSS KEMPSON
Aged 61, of Manor Road, Worthing, found guilty of assaulting a woman in Worthing in June last year. Ordered to complete 200 hours of unpaid work and to attend 30 sessions of Building Better Relationships programme. Put under restraining order until March 2020. To pay £200 compensation, £400 costs and £85 surcharge.

Aged 32, of Sompting Road, Lancing, admitted breaching a Domestic Violence Protection Order made by the court in March this year by contacting a woman. Fined £30 and to pay £200 costs.
RAFAL ZIELINSKI
Aged 43, of no fixed address, admitted theft by finding an iPod and Ralph Lauren case with speakers at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton in March this year. Fined £120 and surcharge of £30.
ROBERT COLE
Aged 34, of Brunswick Road, Hove, admitted stealing meat from Tesco in Western Road, Hove. Jailed for four weeks because of previous convictions for similar offences. To pay £100 compensation and £115 surcharge.

Aged 32, of no fixed address, admitted begging in London Road, Brighton, and failing to attend court. Given conditional discharge. Fined £50 and to pay £30 surcharge and £20 costs.

Aged 44, of no fixed address, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour in Chapel Road, Worthing, and breaching an order not to leave the area. Fined £100. Surcharge £85, costs £85.

Aged 31, of Cokeham Lane, Sompting, admitted drink driving in Boundstone Lane, Sompting in March this year. Tested positive for 98mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work. Surcharge £85 and costs £85. Banned from driving for two years and one month.
GEORGE CRABBE
Aged 24, of College Lane, Hurstpierpoint, admitted driving while unfit though drugs in Wilson Avenue, Brighton. Fined £182 and to pay £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year.
