TWO men have been charged with outraging public decently after a video emerged of a public oral sex act.
Richard Dawkins, 49, unemployed, of Northbrook Road, Broadwater, Worthing and James Pannel, 52, unemployed, of Brighton Road, East Worthing, Worthing, have been charged in connection with performing a sex act in Worthing town centre.
The men were arrested in Worthing on Tuesday evening.

They have been released on conditional bail to appear at Worthing Magistrates' Court on May 10
Shoppers in Worthing town centre were shocked after two men were spotted having oral sex in the town centre.
It is understood a third angrily confronted them.
The 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of common assualt but has been released following a police caution.

Councillor Edward Crouch, of Worthing Borough Council, said he was sent the "awful" video by a resident and reported the incident to Sussex Police.
