Aged 43, of Tanyard Lane, Steyning, found guilty of assaulting a woman in the rural town. Ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and 15 rehabilitation sessions. To pay £100 compensation, £85 surcharge and £85 costs.

DARREN JESTICO

Aged 27, of Quantock Close, Worthing, admitted assaulting a woman, harassing her with messages and calls, and criminal damage to a window in Sompting. Ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and 26 sessions of the Building Better Relationships programme. Put under a restraining order and to pay £250 in compensation, £85 surcharge and £250 costs.

Aged 47, of Central Avenue, Telscombe Cliffs, found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle involved in a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, surcharge £66, and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

Aged 46, of Dudley Road, Brighton, admitted driving through a red light in Portslade. Fined £133, surcharge £30, and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.

Aged 33, of Poynings Drive, Hove, admitted driving without due care and attention in Portland Road. Fined £359, surcharge £35, and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two months.

Aged 57, of Crespin Way, Brighton, admitted driving through a red light in Portslade. Fined £146, surcharge £30 and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.

Aged 24, of Kingsland Close, Shoreham, admitted possessing cocaine in Hove. Given a conditional discharge, and ordered to pay £20 surcharge and £85 costs.

LYNSEY VINE

Aged 24, of Somerhill Avenue, Hove, admitted assaulting a woman in Bognor. To complete ten rehabilitation sessions and to pay £100 compensation. Must also pay £150 costs.

FRANKIE PARKER

Aged 40, of Lockwood Crescent, Brighton, admitted drink driving in Brighton. Tested positive for 83 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Fined £120 and to pay £30 surcharge and £150 costs. Banned from driving for one year and eight months.

RUSSELL WHITE

Aged 34, of Hayling Gardens, High Salvington, admitted assaulting two women PCs in the execution of their duty. Ordered to complete 20 rehabilitation sessions and pay £50 compensation to each officer. To pay £85 surcharge and £85 costs.
