The former Page 3 model from Brighton was a guest judge at G-A-Y's Porn Idol at Heaven nightclub in London on Thrusday.
The mum-of-five was seen staring at a naked woman's private parts while judging at the event.
The Sun reported: "She was within an inch of the woman's private parts as she clung to a dance pole."
It was reported Drag Queen Son of a Tutu quizzed Katie about drugs.
She said: "I just don't know what the hell it is, but Katie Price is on.
"I want some of what you're on, honey. I want some. It's like you book Katie Price and it ends up Honey G on crack cocaine."
