A SCOOTER rider dragged a driver out of his car and attacked him in a city centre street.
An argument had broken out between the pair while driving.
Then, when the victim stopped his car the scooter rider approached the vehicle, grabbed the man, pulled him out of the car and assaulted him.
The attack happened at about 7pm on May 3 in Fleet Street, Brighton.
The victim, a 45-year-old Brighton resident, was left with minor injuries.
He was driving a dark blue Peugeot 308.
Police are asking anyone who saw what happened, particularly anyone with dash cam or CCTV of the incident, to report it online or call 101, quoting serial 1042 of 03/05.
