Back falls off lorry in Petworth
THE back of a lorry fell off after it hit an overhanging tree, blocking a road.
PC Pete May of Sussex Police posted a photo of the incident on social media.
He said: "The A283 closed just east of Petworth due to an obstruction. Please find an alternative route."
One person commented on the post and said: "How did he not see the over hanging tree that would do that?"

An AA spokesman said: "A road is blocked and there is slow traffic due to an accident on the A283 Angel Street both ways at Sheepdown Drive.
"The road remains closed after an accident which happened at about 7.55am."
