Aged 27, of Marine Parade, Brighton, admitted causing £130 criminal damage to a door in Lower Rock Gardens. Ordered to pay £130 compensation.

Aged 54, of Littlehampton Road, Worthing, admitted assaulting a woman in Littlehampton. Ordered to complete the Building Better Relationships programme and ten rehabilitation sessions. To pay £85 surcharge and £85 costs.

Aged 25, of Chiltern Crescent, Salvington, found guilty of driving without valid insurance or licence, driving with more than 4,500 kilos, and driving while a tyre had a ply or cord exposed. Fined £910 and to pay £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.

Aged 47, of Saunders Park Rise, Brighton, admitted entering Pets at Home in Burgess Hill as a trespasser with the intent to steal. Ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work and 25 rehabilitation sessions.

VANESSA AROUNIS
Aged 56, of Goodwood Way, Brighton, admitted drink driving in Stanmer House car park, Brighton.
Tested positive for 65 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Fined £120 and must pay a £20 surcharge and £50 costs. Not banned from driving for special reasons – she moved her car “a very short distance so she could access her mobility scooter”.
