A YOB who attacked two women has been jailed.
Joshua Moss admitted assaulting the women in Station Road, Portslade, in February.
The 28-year-old carried out the attacks in front of three children in the “terrifying” incident.
He also admitted criminal damage worth £800 to a third woman’s phone on the same day.
Brighton Magistrates sent Moss to prison for 23 weeks and ordered him to pay £100 each in compensation to
the women and £800 compensation for the damaged iPhone.
Magistrate Matthew Irish was told one of the children present was in his mother’s arms, while another hid under a mattress.
Court documents described Moss’s “previous offending history” and said the incident was “terrifying” for those involved.
Moss, of Howick Lane, Sompting, was put under a restraining order not to attend the address or to contact the women.
