Aged 39, of Crescent Drive North, Woodingdean, admitted drink driving at Clacketts Lane. Tested positive for 137 milligrammes (mg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of blood. The limit is 80mg per 100ml. Banned from driving for 16 months and fined £384. To pay £38 surcharge and £85 costs.

Aged 22, of Stanmer Park Road, Brighton, admitted possessing cannabis, and breaching a suspended sentence for possessing drugs with intent to supply.
