A CANNABIS factory has been found at a home in Brighton.

Police were responding to “welfare concerns” for a man in Hawkhurst Road, Coldean, when they found several cannabis plants and growing equipment.

He has been released under investigation.

A picture from the scene shows officers finding the factory which had about ten large cannabis plants.

Brighton and Hove Police, who took the picture, said: “Keeping drugs off our streets in “Brighton and protecting our young people.”
