Aged 21, of no fixed address, admitted common assault, assaulting a female paramedic by beating her and spitting in her face, assaulting a female police officer by beating, all in North Street, Brighton. Also admitted sexually assaulting a woman by touching without consent, and using threatening or abusive behaviour. Jailed for 16 weeks, with a £115 surcharge.

Aged 29, of May Road, Brighton, admitted damaging to a door worth £300, and threatening to destroy the woman’s home. Nine-month conditional discharge and restraining order not to contact the woman until 2020. Plus £150 compensation.

The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Fined £120, with a £85 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years, and to complete ten rehabilitation sessions.

Aged 24, of Collingwood Close, Peacehaven, admitted possessing cannabis – a Class B drug, and breaching a suspended sentence for possessing 19 bags of cannabis with intent to supply. Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and ten rehabilitation sessions. To pay £85 surcharge and £85 costs.
DOVILE NARUTYTE
Aged 29, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk in public in Broadwater Road, Worthing. Given a six-month conditional discharge and to pay a £20 surcharge.
