Aged 48, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk and disorderly, using foul language, and assaulting a PC in Worthing. Jailed for 18 weeks and fined £50 with a £115 surcharge.
SEBASTIAN KRAWIEC
Aged 35, of The Martlet, Hove, guilty of failing to identify a driver believed to have committed a road traffic offence in Shoreham. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs, banned from driving for one year.
NIKOLAY MITEV
Aged 32, of Middle Road, Shoreham, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 30mph on the A259 Marine Parade, Brighton. Fined £84, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
MARIANA PETROIU
Aged 44, of Thackeray Road, Broadwater, Worthing, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 30mph in Western Road, Lancing. Fined £70, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to her licence.
DIANA HUGHES
Aged 37, of Sillwood Street, Brighton, admitted possessing heroin and crack cocaine, and failing to turn up to court. Fined £150 with a £30 surcharge.
ELIZABETH TURNER
Age 24, of Moyne Close, Hove, admitted two assaults at the Eye Care Centre in Church Road, Hove, and attempting to steal sunglasses.
Given conditional discharge for six months, with a £20 surcharge.
CHRISTIAN PORTER
Aged 20, of Stanford Avenue, Brighton, admitted receiving stolen bank cards and trying to buy food with them and breaching a suspended sentence. Fined £180 and ordered to complete five rehabilitation sessions. To pay an £85 surcharge and £85 costs.
RADOSLAW BALICKI
Aged 27, of Arlington Crescent, Brighton, admitted failing to provide a breath test when suspected of drink driving. Fined £519, with a £51 surcharge and £250 costs. Banned from driving for one year.
DANIEL ROBINSON
Aged 30, of Marine Parade Worthing, admitted stealing wine and beer from the Co-op, and breaching community orders in place for other thefts of alcohol. Ordered to complete 30 rehabilitation sessions and to pay £27 compensation, with a £85 surcharge.
DAVID WALDER
Aged 48, of Brighton Road, Lancing, admitted assaulting two women in Worthing and causing criminal damage to a car. Given a conditional discharge and ordered to pay £366 in compensation to the victims, with a £20 surcharge and £100 costs.
DEREK DUDENEY
Aged 51, of Bernard Road, Brighton, guilty of driving at a speed in excess of 30mph on the A22. Fined £440, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Five points added to his licence.
TAMER ELSHERIF
Aged 46, of Westbrooke, Worthing, admitted driving through a red light. Fined £92, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.
MATTHEW HEATH
Aged 30, of Hythe Crescent, Seaford, guilty of failing to identify a driver suspected of a road traffic offence to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
BC NARESH
Aged 28, of Little Preston Street, Brighton, guilty of overtaking a vehicle at a pelican crossing in London Road. Fined £220, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.
ELIAS VALI
Aged 18, of Bedford Square, Brighton, found guilty of assault and harassment.To complete 200 hours unpaid work and pay £150 compensation and £620 costs.
