Accident on seafront causes rush-hour delays
AN accident on the seafront is causing rush-hour traffic delays this morning.
The A259 Newhaven Road westbound is partially blocked after an incident at about 7.15am, near Marine Parade.
Traffic is delayed from Bishopstone to Seaford.
