MICHAEL BROWN
Aged 21, of Wickhurst Rise, Portslade, admitted criminal damage to the wing mirror of a car and a woman’s iPhone in Brighton. Ordered to complete 25 rehabilitation sessions and fined £80, with an £85 surcharge and £85 costs.
ROSS DEAN
Aged 29, of Westbrook Lustrells Vale, Saltdean, admitted joyriding, drink driving, and driving without a licence or insurance in Hove. Tested positive for 68 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml of breath. Put under curfew for two months from 7.30pm to 6am. Banned from driving for 20 months, with a £85 surcharge and £85 costs.
UNICA GODLEY
Aged 45, of Portland Road, Hove, admitted stealing money from a man in Goldstone Villas. Given a conditional discharge and ordered to pay £131 in compensation with a £20 surcharge and £85 costs.
STEFAN GOLEV
Aged 32, of no fixed address, admitted stealing Vodka from a cash and carry in Moulsecoomb Way, Brighton. Given conditional discharge, with a £20 surcharge and £85 costs.
ALISTAIR SAVILLE
Aged 37, of Lower Rock Gardens, Brighton, admitted stealing a guitar and a stereo worth £120 from the Dog’s Trust. Given a conditional discharge and to pay £120 compensation, with a £20 surcharge and £85 costs.
STEPHEN WALKER
Aged 27, of Peterlee, County Durham, admitted throwing a plastic water bottle onto the football pitch at the American Express Community Stadium, Falmer. Fined £120, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.
KURT CLARK
Aged 25, of no fixed address, admitted harassing a woman in Worthing by sending texts, messages and phone calls. Ordered to complete 40 hours of unpaid work and ten rehabilitation sessions. Put under a restraining order, and to pay a £85 surcharge.
BLAISE LAWRENCE
Aged 54, of Queen’s Road, Worthing, admitted possessing a pocket knife in public. Ordered to complete 50 hours of unpaid work and 18 rehabilitation sessions. To pay a £85 surcharge and £50 costs.
ALIREZA ABRAHIMI
Aged 45, of Langley Crescent, Brighton, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 30mph in Marine Parade, Brighton. Fined £40, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.
MACIEJ JAWORSKI
Aged 38, of Bear Road, Brighton, guilty of driving without due care and attention, without insurance. Fined £1,100, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.
ROBERT SMAJDA
Aged 27, of Kingsland Road, Worthing, guilty of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of committing a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
JOHN COLLINS
Aged 42, of Cranleigh Avenue, Rottingdean, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 50mph on the A259 at Marine Drive, Ovingdean. Fined £500, with a £50 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.
ALEXANDER OTTLEY
Aged 36, of Drove Crescent, Portslade, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 30mph on the A259 Kingsway, Hove. Fined £50, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.
MARK CHAPMAN
Aged 32, of Stanstead Crescent, Woodingdean, admitted failing to attend three appointments with a supervisor after leaving prison. Fined £80.
