ONE in five women has been unfaithful to their partners in the South East, a new study shows.

The study, carried out by dating website Gleeden, looked at more than 1,000 women across the UK and showed 20 per cent of woman in the South East have been unfaithful.

About 32 per cent of women in the South have admitted to dreaming about having sex with an ex partner.

This is higher than the rest of the country where the figure stands at an average of 30 per cent of women.

The worst region for infidelity was the east of England. There, some 42 per cent of women admitted to having dreams about being unfaithful.

Meanwhile only 25 per cent of women in the Midlands said they had dreams about previous relationships.
