COLIN BACK

Aged 34, of Whitehawk Road, Brighton, admitted harassing a woman in Peacehaven with messages and turning up in the night uninvited. Ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and 30 rehabilitation sessions, with £85 surcharge and £85 costs. Put under a restraining order until 2021.

FISHER BEATTY

Aged 26, of Balcombe Road, Peacehaven, admitted failing to attend unpaid work sessions as directed by Brighton Magistrates’ Court. Community order to continue, and to pay £60 costs.

AARON BARRETT

Aged 28, of North Road, Brighton, admitted failing to provide a breath test when suspected of drink-driving, driving while banned and without insurance, assaulting three police officers and obstruction. Given an eight-week suspended sentence, with a £115 surcharge and £150 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

LYNDA KIDWELL

Aged 59, of Shadwells Close, Lancing, admitted fraud by applying for a catalogue and ordering goods in someone else’s name. Given a conditional discharge, with £100 compensation and a £20 surcharge.

DRITAN NEZA

Aged 27, of Anson Road, Goring, admitted drink driving and driving without insurance. Tested positive for 42 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Fined £250, with £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned for one year.

ERNEST BAKER

Aged 89, of Brecon Close Salvington, found guilty of driving at a speed in excess of 30mph on the A2031, Worthing. Fined £80, with a £30 surcharge and £200 costs. Three points added to his licence.

MARK FORD

Aged 46, of Hurstfield, Lancing, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 60mph on the A24 at Dial Post and at a speed in excess of 40mph on the M23 in a speed restriction zone. Fined £240, with a £30 surcharge and £150 costs. Four points added to his licence

HANNAH WELLER

Aged 27, Orchard Avenue, West Tarring, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 204 milligrammes (mg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80mg per 100ml. Fined £166, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for four months.

SAMANTHA MATHERSON

Aged 36, of Bushby Close, Sompting, admitted assaulting a woman in Worthing. Given a conditional discharge, and to pay £200 compensation.

NICKY BARTON

Aged 32, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a restraining order not to contact a man in Brighton. Given an eight-week suspended prison sentence, with a £115 surcharge.

KEVIN BROWN

Aged 42, of Vale Road, Portslade, admitted driving without a valid licence on the A23. Fined £40, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.

PAUL COOPER

Aged 34, of Evelyn Terrace, Brighton, guilty of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of a road traffic offence in the Old Shoreham Road to the police. Fined £660, with, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.

DANIELA DEIAS

Aged 26, of Russell Square, Brighton, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 70mph in North Wales. Fined £284, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Four points added to her licence.

RUSSELL MILLER

Aged 80, of Arundel Terrace, Brighton, guilty of driving at a speed in excess of 30mph on the A259 at Brighton. Fined £70, with a £30 surcharge.
