PRIDE headliner Kylie Minogue broke down in tears while recalling her breast cancer battle at Glastonbury.

The pint-sized Australian pop star, 51, took to the Pyramid Stage at Worthy Farm for a 75-minute performance which included most of her best known hits including I Should Be So Lucky and Spinning Around.

She was also joined on stage by her fellow Australian and Brighton resident Nick Cave for a rendition of their hit duet Where The Wild Roses Grow.

She said that it was "a dream come true" to perform after missing out 14 years ago due to her diagnosis and subsequent treatment.

She previously told Sussex-based BBC Radio 2 breakfast host Zoe Ball: "We decided to start with a bang. It's a party and it's time to sing along. We are just going to absolutely nuts at the end."

That proved to be the case as she closed her set with her 2000 hit Spinning Around.
