MANUEL GONZALEZ- ESPRESATI ALVENTOSA
Aged 24, of Westbourne Street, Hove, admitted possessing cocaine, cannabis, ecstasy and ketamine, criminal damage and failing to show up to court. Fined £500, with a £30 surcharge and £100 costs and £150 compensation.
SIMON DIDCOTE
Aged 37, of Tilgate Close, Brighton, admitted failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £360, with a £36 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
AHMED ELDRDERY
Aged 18, of Olivier Close, Brighton, guilty of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
HARLEY QUICK
Aged 26, of Kingsland Road, Broadwater, guilty of driving without insurance. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
BENJAMIN SABINE
Aged 22, of Ship Street, Brighton, guilty of two counts of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of road traffic offences to the police. Fined £660, with £85 costs and a six-month driving ban.
VASILE OLARU
Aged 23, of Chandos Road, Worthing, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 114 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, with £85 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years and one month.
JOSHUA SMYTHE
Aged 19, of Ruskin Road, Broadwater, admitted possessing cannabis. Given conditional discharge, and to pay £20 surcharge and £85 costs.
PHILIP RICHARDSON
Aged 37, of Gladstone Road, Portslade, admitted sending an offensive video message of an indecent, obscene or menacing nature, and breaching a suspended sentence for assaulting a woman and intimidating her. Given an eight-week suspended prison sentence, with a £108 fine, and £30 surcharge. Put under a restraining order until next year.
MICHAEL NICHOLSON
Aged 32, of Gibbon Road, Newhaven, admitted assaulting a woman, resisting arrest, and failing to show up to court. Ordered to complete 30 sessions at the Building Better Relationships programme. To pay a £85 surcharge and £620 costs. Put under a restraining order until 2022.
JAKE CALDECOURT
Aged 26, of Birchgrove Crescent, Brighton, admitted using a disabled car parking badge with the intent to deceive. Fined £335, with a £33 surcharge and £350 costs.
ANDREW DAY
Aged 61, of Offington Drive, Worthing, admitted using a disabled car parking badge with the intent to deceive. Fined £120, with a £30 surcharge and £225 costs.
SAMUEL THOMAS
Aged 26, of Sunninghill Avenue, Hove, admitted drug-driving after taking cannabis. Fined £440, with a £44 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year.
LAWRENCE ZAVER
Aged 28, Sheridan Terrace, Hove, admitted drug driving after taking cocaine and possessing cannabis. Fined £200, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year.
JOE HUNTLEY
Aged 47, of Ninfield Place, Brighton, admitted drink-driving. Tested positive for 77mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £120, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.
