AMY HART has quit Love Island after a split with Curtis Pritchard.

Amy, 26, was left heartbroken after splitting with her “half-boyfriend” ballroom dancer, last week.

She is the fifth islander to leave the villa in the last 24 hours.

The former air stewardess from Worthing was removed from the house last week to speak with the wellbeing team.

Fans of Amy had become increasingly concerned about her state of mind.

They had been asking ITV bosses to get her out for her own good.

A Love Island spokesman said last week: “We take the emotional well-being of all the Islanders extremely seriously.

“We have dedicated welfare producers and psychological support on hand at all times who monitor and regularly speak to all of the Islanders in private and off camera, especially if someone appears to be upset.

“All the Islanders are therefore fully supported by the professionals on site and by their friends in the villa.”

Now, The Sun has reported that Amy made to decision to leave the Spanish villa after the “devastating split” with Curtis, who she had couple up with at the start of the series.

A source close to Amy told The Sun that she was left “heartbroken” and “couldn’t stand the thought of seeing Curtis crack on with other girls while under the same roof as her”.

Amy and Curtis had begun the show as the bookies’ favourites to win.
