A COUNTRY pub is undergoing a major renovation.
The Friars Oak in Hassocks will reopen later this month with a new look and new menu.
The extensive renovation will mean both the interior and exterior of the building undergo significant changes.
The owners said the new look will “pay homage to the traditional roots” of a country pub.
This will also mean that 20 new full and part-time jobs will be on offer in the new look pub.
Rachel Clews, landlady at the Friars Oak, said: “We’re working hard to create a truly unique and stimulating experience for our guests.”
