THE Hanningtons Estate has opened its vacant stores to part-time owners.

Brighton’s newest Lane, which opened in April, is already home to big names such as Habitat, Kurt Geiger, Sandro, Maje, The Flint House and Oliver Bonas.

Now businesses and members of the public can be part of the new development – even if it is only for a short period.

Vacant stores will be available for pop-up stores or private events while the sites are under offer.

Brass Monkey ice cream shop is now open in Hanningtons Lane and Watches of Switzerland opens next week.

Hotel Chocolat also starts fitting out its store next week and the development has just signed healthy restaurant Humpit Hummus, which is believed will be the company’s first branch in the South.

The Hanningtons Estate is scheduled to announce more store openings later this summer as the Lane begins to fill up.
