Road closed after van and lorry crash near Worthing
PARTS of a road are still closed after a van and a lorry crashed.
The accident happened on the A280 Long Furlong in Worthing this morning.
PC Tom Van Der Wee said: "The southbound carriageway is now open (from A24) but the northbound carriageway (from A27) remains closed whilst we wait for vehicle recovery."
One of the drivers is being treated on the scene. His injuries aren't believed to be serious.
Police and ambulance are in attendance.
