TWO youths were seriously injured in a fight - and BOTH were arrested.
The teenagers - aged 16 and 17 - were both held on suspicious of grievous bodily harm with intent.
A spokeswoman for Sussex Police said: "At about 3.30pm on Sunday July 21, police received a report of an altercation involving two youths in Upper High Street, Worthing.
"The boys, both local and aged 16 and 17, were injured and required medical attention.
"Both were arrested on suspicion of committing grievous bodily harm and remain in police custody at this stage.
"It is believed they were known to each other and there is no information to suggest there is an ongoing risk to the wider community.
"Police are trying to establish the circumstances, and anyone with any information about the incident or those involved is asked to report it online or call 101, quoting serial 902 of 21/07."
