GRAHAM KEELEY

Aged 38, of Brighton Road, Worthing, admitted stealing alcohol from Morrisons. Ordered to pay £46 compensation and complete three rehabilitation sessions.

MICHAL PETERKA

Aged 34, of Dawes Avenue, Worthing, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 145 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath.

The legal limit is 35mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined

£500, with a £50 surcharge and £85 costs. Ten points added to his licence.

MICHELLE VINCENT

Aged 49, of Guildford Road, Rustington, admitted assaulting two people and assaulting a police officer in Railway Approach, Worthing. Ordered to complete 12 alcohol treatment sessions and to pay £100 compensation.

DANIEL BOURNE

Aged 19, of Stoke Abbott Road, Worthing, admitted drink driving, taking a vehicle without consent, driving without a licence or insurance, and failing to report a crash. Ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and to pay £1,900 compensation with an £85 surcharge and £85 costs.

Put under curfew for three months and banned from driving for 20 months.

WILLIAM ACQUAAH

Aged 56, of St Andrew’s Road, Portslade, found guilty of failing to identify the driver suspected of a road traffic offence on Shoreham to the police. Fined £900, with a £90 surcharge and £400 costs. Banned from driving for two years.

DALILA HABAREK

Aged 50, of Gardner Road, Portslade, guilty of driving through a red light. Fined £100, with a £30 surcharge. Three points added to her licence.

LEWIS HIGHAM

Aged 19, of Teg Close, Portslade, guilty of driving without insurance. Fined £276, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence

NAEEM AHMED KHAN

Aged 46, of Clifton Road, Worthing, guilty of driving without insurance. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

JORDAN BELL

Aged 18, of Grafton Gardens, Sompting, admitted taking a vehicle without consent and causing damage, driving without a licence or insurance. Ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work, with £85 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year.

VASILE OLARU

Aged 23, of Chandos Road, Worthing, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 114mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, with £85 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years and one month.

JOSHUA SMYTHE

Aged 19, Ruskin Road, Broadwater, admitted possessing cannabis. Given a conditional discharge and to pay £20 surcharge with £85 costs.

MICHAEL NICHOLSON

Aged 32, of Gibbon Road, Newhaven, admitted assaulting a woman, resisting a police officer, and failing to show up to court. Ordered to complete 30 Building Better Relationships programme sessions and 20 rehabilitation sessions. To pay a £85 surcharge with £620 costs. Put under a restraining order until 2022.

Aged 26, of Birchgrove Crescent, Brighton, admitted using a disabled parking badge with the intent to deceive. Fined £335, with a £33 surcharge and £350 costs.

ANDREW DAY

Aged 61, of Offington Drive, Worthing, admitted using a disabled parking badge with the intent to deceive. Fined £120, with a £30 surcharge and £225 costs.
