EILEEN LAVILLE
Aged 70, of Wickhurst Road, Portslade, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 56 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Fined £120, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years and four months.
HARRY HILLMAN
Aged 28, of Blatchington Road, Seaford, admitted driving through a red traffic light. Fined £70, with a £30 surcharge. Three points added to his licence.
HOLLY HORGAN
Aged 26, of Dyke Road, Brighton, guilty in absence of failing to identify to police the driver of a vehicle suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to her licence.

Aged 29, of Plymouth Avenue, Brighton, guilty of twice failing to identify to police the driver of a vehicle suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
MICHAEL DAKIN
Aged 26, of Ringmer Road, West Tarring, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 177 milligrammes (mg) of alcohol per 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80mg per 100ml. Fined £500, with a £50 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years and four months.
JACKSON CANN
Aged 38, of Selden Road, Worthing, admitted stealing clothes from Beales and breaching a suspended sentence. Ordered to complete alcohol dependency treatment for six months and attend ten rehabilitation sessions, with a £85 surcharge and £85 costs.
BOWIE LYCETT
Aged 38, of Queens Road, Worthing, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 177mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood. Fined £440, with a £44 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18
months.
DIANA HUGHES
Aged 38, of Sillwood Street, Brighton, admitted stealing jewellery boxes. Ordered to pay £58 in compensation.
CARL BAGLEY
Aged 34, of Abbotsbury Close, Saltdean, admitted two counts of driving at a speed in excess of 30mph in Marine Parade. Fined £120, with £30 surcharge £85 costs . Banned from driving for six months.
SIMON HART
Aged 38, of Pett Close, Brighton, guilty in absence of failing to identify to police the driver of a vehicle suspected of a road traffic offence in Lewes. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £775 costs for denying the offence. Six points added to his licence.
LISA IBBETSON
Aged 41, of Clifton Place, Brighton, guilty in absence of failing to identify to police the driver of a vehicle suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to her licence.
ANDREW LIGHTBODY
Aged 34, of Stanford Avenue, Brighton, guilty of assaulting a police officer, and breaching community orders after an assault and thefts. To complete one day of alcohol dependency treatment and pay £100 compensation.
