A YOUNG businesswoman is gearing up to exhibit her work at two bustling South Coast festivals.
Lucy Toone, from Bognor, has turned heads in the jewellery world after setting up her own company at just 20 years old.
The business, called Tomm Jewellery, is only eight months old but Lucy is already looking to expand.
She will be showing off her designs at the Hotham Park Festival in Bognor on August 3 and 4, before heading to the Victorious Festival in Southsea at the end of August.
Lucy, who started making jewellery for her friends at the age of ten to make some extra pocket money, said: “I was designing bracelets for myself and people told me how much they loved them.
“I found I was making more and more of them and at the same time perfecting the process.
“It made perfect sense to set up the business and it’s been an amazing journey so far.
“I have come to realise that I’ve found my passion and I’m so excited to keep pushing myself further.
“Now I am so, so busy but that is great news because it means the business is flourishing and Tomm Jewellery is getting more and more exposure.”
