Aged 20, of Vale Avenue, Findon, admitted drug driving with cannabis in his system. Fined £250, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year.
LEE WIMBLETON
Aged 48, of Windsor Road, Worthing, admitted three thefts from Marks and Spencer in Montague Street, and threatening behaviour. To pay a surcharge £85 and £85 costs. Ordered to complete 25 rehabilitation sessions.
CRAIG ASKEY
Aged 40, of Ditchling Rise, Brighton, admitted driving in excess of 30mph in Falmer Road. Fined £146, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.
DANIEL BOHAC
Aged 46, of Queens Road, Lewes, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 30mph in Ringmer. Fined £276, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 14 days.
HEATHER KIRBY
Aged 23, of Trafalgar Road, Portslade, admitted driving through a red light in Old Shoreham Road. Fined £70, with a £30 surcharge. Three points added to her licence.
ASHLEY RANDALL
Aged 30, of Gibbon Road, Newhaven, guilty of driving at a speed in excess of 30mph in Marine Parade, Brighton. Fined £146, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.
SOPHIE REYNISH
Aged 21, of Park Crescent Road, Brighton, guilty of failing to identify the driver suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
ADAM SMITH
Aged 19, of Humber Close, Durrington, guilty in absence of driving without due care and attention in Durrington Lane. Fined £440, with a £44 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.
LAURA SMITH
Aged 41, of Hayley Road, Lancing, guilty in absence of driving without insurance, without a valid MOT test certificate, and without a valid licence to drive. Fined £1,320, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Eight points added to her licence.
GEORGE TREBAR
Aged 44, of Providence Way, Shoreham, guilty in absence of driving at a speed in excess of 30mph in Halland. Fined £220, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.
DANIELLE VIRGO
Aged 33, of Rectory Close, Newhaven, guilty of failing to identify to police the driver of a vehicle suspected of committing a road traffic offence in Shoreham. Fined £180, with a £30 surcharge and £150 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
JAMIE HEIGHTLEY
Aged 29, of Church Road, Hove, admitted breaching a restraining order not to contact a woman in Hove. Fined £140, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.
DONAL BURKE
Aged 51, of no fixed address, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour, and assaulting a police officer in Brighton. Ordered to pay £50 compensation and to complete 20 rehabilitation sessions.
JOSEPH CLARKE
Aged 32, of no fixed address, admitted criminal damage to a window and door at a homeless shelter in Walsingham Road, Hove. Ordered to pay £100 compensation, and to complete 12 rehabilitation sessions.
JAMIE FUNNELL
Aged 40, of Walmer Crescent, Brighton, admitted stealing steaks from Sainsbury’s. Given a conditional discharge and ordered to pay £27.10 compensation, with a £20 surcharge.
