Aged 27, of Daniel Close, Lancing, admitted assaulting two men in Worthing. Ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work and pay £100 compensation, with a £85 surcharge and £85 costs.
DALE TUTT
Aged 37, of West Street, Shoreham, admitted possessing heroin. Fined £120, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.
WILLIAM DARBY
Aged 58, guilty of failing to identify the driver suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for eight months.
CHADLEY PARSONS
Aged 25, of Marine Parade, Brighton, guilty of driving without insurance or a valid licence. Fined £880, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
JAMES HIRSCHFELD
Aged 78, of Cobden Road, Brighton, admitted three counts of speeding in Lewes Road and on the M23. Fined £1,150, with a £46 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
STEPHEN EVANS
Aged 35, of Oxford Road, Worthing, admitted possessing cocaine. Fined £100, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.
GERAINT HARDING
Aged 29, of The Lawns, Sompting, admitted dishonestly failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions about a change in his circumstances that affected his entitlement to Employment Support Allowance. Ordered to complete 40 hours of unpaid work, with a £85 surcharge and £85 costs.
CALLUM ATKINSON
Aged 22, of Moyne Close, Hove, admitted driving without insurance and failing to show up to court. Fined £170, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.
JAMES JEATER
Aged 34, of Upper St James’s Street, Brighton, admitted assaulting a woman at the Dog’s Trust Charity shop in St James’s Street, criminal damage, and theft of a black T-shirt from the shop. Ordered to complete ten rehabilitation sessions and to pay a £120 fine, with £40 compensation, £90 surcharge and £85 costs.
EDWARD PENGILLY
Aged 28, of no fixed address admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order not to beg for money, and breaching a suspended sentence for assaulting an emergency worker. Given a ten-week suspended prison sentence, with a £122 surcharge and £85 costs.
SAM MEASOR
Aged 25, of Hangleton Lane, Portslade, admitted failing to turn up for appointments with probation and breaching a community order for driving while disqualified. Ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and pay £60 court costs.
JACOB GUILE
Aged 26, of Tristram Close, Sompting, admitted assaulting a man, threatening unlawful violence, and criminal damage in Steyning. Ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work, with ten rehabilitation sessions. To pay a £85 surcharge and £85 costs and put under a restraining order.
CHARLES FASHODA
Aged 33, of York Avenue, Hove, guilty of failing to identify the driver suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85
