Thug must pay compensation to victim after attack
A THUG who assaulted another man has been ordered to clean up his act.
Zac Cornwall attacked Tommy Bailey in St Leonards.
The 28-year-old, of Blackman Avenue in the town was given a six-month suspended prison sentence at Hastings Magistrates’ Court.
Magistrate David Wallis ordered him to complete alcohol treatment for nine months and 120 hours of community work.
Cornwall must also pay £1,625 to Mr Bailey in compensation.
He will also be put under supervision for 18 months after admitting the assault.
