Six migrants were seen leaving an inflatable boat on Fairlight beach near Hastings on August 3.
The Home Office said the three minors were transferred to Hastings Social Services.
Richard Williams, chairman of the charity Sanctuary On Sea, said: “Crossing one of the world’s busiest shipping lanes in a rubber dingy is unsafe.
"Anyone taking that risk has got to be desperate.”
